Your Instructor
Meet Jennifer Burnett, founder and trainer
With nearly two decades in the fitness industry, I bring a well-rounded, personalized approach to movement and strength.
I received my first Pilates mat certification in 2007 from The Pilates Certification Center, based in Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA. In 2023, I completed over 500 hours of Pilates study with the Body Arts and Science International (Basi) Comprehensive program. Throughout my fitness career I have studied and earned countless continuing education credits under various movement practitioners including, but not limited to, STOTT pilates, Ido Portal, Dr. Kelly Strarrett (NY Times bestselling author of Supple Leopard), and Anthony Carey M.A CSCS (Pain Free movement specialist). In addition to the above, I have been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2012.
I’m passionate about providing high-quality, individualized Pilates training to help the Redmond community move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
